By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and our team. 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dream Cleaning Team Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, moving-in/out cleaning, and specialised cleaning. The exact scope of work is agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual condition, size, or requirements differ from the initial description.

4. Booking & Access

Customers must provide accurate access information. If our cleaners are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments arranged in advance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Make sure water and electricity are available

  • Secure all valuables

  • Notify us of any fragile or easily damaged items

8. Liability

We are insured for accidental damage and public liability. However, we do not accept responsibility for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not securely mounted or installed

  • Wear and tear that becomes visible after cleaning

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, you must report it within 24 hours. We will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

10. Keys & Security

Any keys entrusted to us are securely labelled and stored. Addresses are never attached to keys.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of the service to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

12. Amendments

Dream Cleaning Team Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
